Creating Intentional Impact
There is the law of unintended consequences - that the actions of people,
especially government (read "managers") always have effects that are
unanticipated, or "unintended." And then there is reducing those unintended
consequences by purposefully thinking through and planning for the impact you
want to have.
Creating Intentional Impact is great for staff level and managers alike who want better
responses to their efforts from co-workers, more productive meetings, and more
effective, less distracted employees.
